Begins with the team-focused assessment and debrief. From there you decide how to structure the series, based on the trends that emerge or the skills you want to build.
The remaining sessions are created around the themes the assessment surfaces and the goals you set as the manager.

The same structure, with room to go further. You still decide how the series is shaped around emerging trends or desired skills.
The value of the extra sessions is a more in-depth debrief process for the team, or individual sessions for high performing employees, and for staff in transition to new positions.

Themes and progress relevant to the team's shared goals may be discussed at a broader level, but not specific, attributable disclosures.
